Ich kenne Chuck Close nicht weiter. Ich weiß nur, dass er (ein wohl ziemlich erfolgreicher) Maler ist und diese tolle Aussage über Inspiration getätigt hat.
Das Gleiche gilt übrigens für Motivation.
Profis brauchen nicht inspiriert oder motiviert werden. Ihre Arbeit/Kunst an sich ist ihr Motiv und beim Tun kommen sie auch auf Ideen.
Die Zeit, die für bewusste Inspiration oder Motivation aufgewendet wird, ist verschwendet.
Besser ist es aufzustehen – oder sich hin zu setzen, je nach Tätigkeit – und seine Arbeit zu machen.
